Note:
The Free and Professional versions of AnyViewer can only create one screen wall.
To create multiple screen walls, you’ll need to upgrade to the Enterprise Edition.
Preparation Before You Begin
you should run AnyViewer on devices and log in to the AnyViewer account on the control's device which you want to view all screens on it. Here are the detailed steps.
Step 1. Click Screen Wall under My devices list, it will pop up a screen wall windows.
Step 2. then you should click Create Screen wall
Step 3. Check the devices you want to manage, or search for them using the Notes/Device Name/Computer Name/Device ID in the search box, and then click Add.
In this step, you can also edit the name of the screen wall group.
Step 4. Once created, the screen wall will appear in your interface showing: Group name, Number of devices in each screen wall
also you can right-click to delete screen wall and manage screen wall.
When you click the thumbnail of a screen wall group to enter that screen wall, you can establish a connection for all devices in the screen wall, and you also can see all the device screens and screen status.
You can freely adjust screen wall refresh rate and screen zoom ratio parameters, as well as perform operations on individual screen, such as moving, viewing full screen, remote control, file transfer, file transfer, etc. It is convenient for self-monitoring and management of devices.
Refresh screen: updating the role of screen thumbnails
View screen: If you want to view the status of a specific device in a targeted manner, you can also click on the corresponding device for screen preview.
Remote control: Once the device encounters a problem, you can immediately click to initiate a connection for remote control and repair the device malfunction. Or simply double-click the team device screen to initiate a remote connection.
File transfer: you might need to copy some logs to the local computer for analysis to help recipient pc solve problems.
Remove device: If there is no need to continue monitoring the device, you can remove it.
